• The use of barcode scanners greatly facilitates and accelerates material entry/exit and warehouse transfers, eliminating wasted time.
• Establish minimum quantities to be maintained and economic purchase quantities per key item, so you can quickly identify items to be purchased to avoid any situation that may slow down the services delivered to your patients.
• Implement traceability of materials used in your treatments to enable you to quickly identify the list of patients who have received a given substance or material in the event of a recall or medical advice from a manufacturer.
• Produce and send RFQs and purchase orders by e-mail to your suppliers. Any additional digital documents (e.g. quotes) associated with a purchase order can be viewed directly on-screen.
• Accelerate one-off physical inventory or implement a simple perpetual inventory process using intelligent barcode scanners: scan the item's barcode, enter the physical quantity in hand on your scanner, confirm your entry and your computerized inventory is automatically updated.
