Our implementation department is the cornerstone of the success and recognition of CTRL's ERP management solutions. The implementation advisor plays a key role by intervening directly in CTRL Solutions' deployment to his customers. In particular, it meets the information, configuration and training needs of the users of our solutions.

Job description:

  • Analyze and identify the client's management needs with precision
  • Participate in the software operationalization and start-up plan with the client
  • Configure the software and CTRL's ERP solution according to the processes established with the client
  • Train the client's expert users
  • Test, review, and update systems for assigned clients
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of assigned processes and the update of the standard process guide
  • Respect the budget and deadlines
  • Participate in the software improvement suggestion

EXPECTED COMPETENCIES:

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Bachelor's degree in administration, "Organizational information systems" option, or equivalent training
  • Knowledge of the complete accounting cycle
  • Experience in deployment/implementation of systems, ERP software preferred
  • Experience in project management
  • Master the MS Office suite
  • Ability to work and learn autonomously
  • Appreciate dynamic and varied work environments
  • Professional communications and presentations in interactions with the client
  • Have access to a car with a valid driver's license for trips to clients

 

Additional assets for the potential candidate:

  • Have previous experience in the healthcare, construction or professional services industry
  • Experience in business analysis or other experiences
  • Functional verbal and written bilingualism
  • Have worked with CTRL software in the past
  • Have in-depth knowledge of recognized accounting or management software
