Barely launched in May 2023, the CTRL/File Employee portal is already undergoing a major upgrade.

This eliminates the need for employees to make photocopies and/or send paper documents to the central administration office - everything is now done digitally!

The "Expense statement" section now enables any employee to take a photo of a voucher, for example with his or her cell phone, and quickly upload this image to attach it to his or her expense statement.

Fully supported by the structured document management of CTRL/File, integrated with CTRL/Finance, the document is automatically deposited in the employee's confidential and administrative directory. This directory can be consulted by the employee for validation purposes.

Thanks to the CTRL platform's integrated digital document viewer, the supervisor and/or administrative staff then approve and continue the employee's reimbursement process via payroll, all entirely in the digital domain.
