New Employee Web portal!

The CTRL team is proud to announce the official launch of its new Employee Web portal, now the preferred companion to our CTRL/File software and ERP management solutions.

Positioned as a collaborative platform between the company and its employees, this new portal now offers a powerful communication and productivity lever for the mobile and Web deployment of your teams.

In the form of a "Responsive" application, this first version of the web portal offers its functionalities via a conventional workstation, tablet or cell phone:

 

A synchronous agenda that's fast and efficient to deploy

CTRL/File already offers the necessary functionality for synchronization with local and mobile "Google Calendar" and "Outlook Calendar" calendars, so why add an additional calendar? There are a number of arguments in favour of using CTRL's Web and mobile calendar:

  • It's much simpler to deploy for each of your employees. No Google or Microsoft configuration is required. Just define a shortcut at the workstation or on the employee's phone, and that's it.
  • The CTRL portal calendar offers a much more comprehensive business display, including periods of absence or unavailability. In addition to being able to view customer and other appointments in their diaries, employees can also view their vacations, special company closure dates, training days planned by management, etc. All necessary documentation relating to an intervention is also displayed.
  • Any necessary documentation relating to an intervention carried out during an appointment can be documented on the spot, at the time of the appointment, and is automatically integrated into the central file of the intervening party (customer, supplier, etc.).
  • All of the above while benefiting from the exceptional power and flexibility of CTRL/File scheduling for rigorous multi-resource team management.

 

Timesheet and expense report entry

A whole new generation of web and mobile timesheets and expense reports is available, fully integrated with CTRL/Finance. In a revamped graphic presentation, the portal offers three modes of information entry to suit all tastes.

Fully supporting the CTRL flexibility known for project-based time and expense management, the new Employee portal is a continuation of the rigorous management that avoids data entry errors and constantly guarantees quality information.

 

If you operate in a professional services sector, your employees will particularly appreciate the new "Stopwatch" option, which automatically populates their timesheets as they work. Interactive, mobile time recording speeds up the invoicing of professional services, which can then be invoiced by the day if you wish.

 

As this new portal is an integral part of your CTRL ERP management solution, it is seamlessly integrated with payroll management. A "Time Bank" option enables your employees to consult their personal time banks at all times, saving your administrative team this type of question and making them more productive.
