Job Summary Description

CTRL is a dynamic company with a human scale and more than 50 employees, which manufactures, implements and offers support for our integrated management software (ERP). Our clientele is made up of several major players in different sectors, such as optometry, aesthetics, construction and dentistry, to name but a few, which makes our work varied and very interesting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide telephone support for our ERP software (accounting, purchase orders, inventory management, project management, etc.)
  • Diagnose issues encountered by clients when using their applications and find solutions to resolve them
  • Perform data testing and validation following new updates to supported applications
  • Work as part of a team with other software support advisors to meet our clients’ needs and ensure their satisfaction

  

Required Skills:

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the field of financial management.
  • Academic background in financial management (completed DEC in Administrative Technology).
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural aptitude for customer service.
  • Excellent practical knowledge of one or more leading accounting software programs.
  • Proficiency in using major office software, including: Word®, Excel®, PowerPoint®, etc.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) to handle customer inquiries.

The following characteristics are significant assets for the potential candidate:

  • Demonstrated effectiveness in managing work in progress and project management.
  • Knowledge of one or more CTRL software programs would be an asset.
