Quickly search and find information

 

An interactive filter search function is now integrated into the work windows. Quickly find a folder, document, task, or note using a high-performance search algorithm.

Share confidential documents in a lightweight and secure environment

No more sending sensitive documents by email to employees!

A new secure document sharing area with each of your employees allows you to automatically store any document to be shared, whether it is generated automatically by your CTRL solution or uploaded manually.

Employees can then view and download any personal documents whenever they want. For example, think about the automated production and sharing of documents such as pay stubs and tax slips.

This new feature is also bidirectional, allowing employees to upload documents you have requested via an “Upload” option.

Time management revamped!

Three new options add flexibility and speed to data entry:

Initialization of a period's time by copying the previous period

Integration of the weekly hours summary into the work window to speed up quick validations

Ability to edit the start and end times of each time period entered. This new feature now makes it possible to meet the regulatory requirements of certain specialized sectors.

Collaborative task management with AI

A new intervention management feature allows you to set up a collaborative work platform specifically designed to increase your teams' productivity.

The operating principle is simple: speed up communication and information sharing in the execution of assignments and projects.

“We already do that with emails,” you might say. But be careful, the difference here is that CTRL's collaborative and document management is structured by CTRL/File.

You can also use the Artificial Intelligence (AI) option integrated into the documentation field to obtain an interactive summary of a set of discussions and chronological information exchanges since the start of a task, allowing you to quickly extract the essence and central objective.
