Equipment installation technician - IT technician

YOUR DAYS WILL CONSIST OF THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES:

• Installation and configuration of servers, equipment and customer networks
• Installation and configuration of software, infrastructures and applications
• Repair and preventive maintenance of IT equipment
• Frequent work and travel to customer offices

SKILLS REQUIRED

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• College diploma in computer skills or equivalent
• At least two years' experience in the job market.
• Excellent command of the French language
• Knowledge of Windows Pro 10 and 11 environments (server 2022, 2019, 2016 an asset)
• Knowledge of email migration, Microsoft Windows server, AD, DHCP, DNS
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products, including installation, management and handling of Office, Exchange, OneDrive and Teams.
• Be autonomous and adapt easily to unforeseen situations
• Have an analytical mind and show initiative in finding effective solutions
• Interpersonal skills

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess a valid driver's license and a vehicle, as the position requires frequent travel to customer offices.

ADDITIONAL ASSETS FOR THE POTENTIAL CANDIDATE:

• Technical knowledge of Sharepoint
• Notions and skills for structured cabling.
• Ability to work with light construction tools for physical installations.
• Fluency in English
