To celebrate CTRL's 30th anniversary, our social club challenged our employees to do 30 minutes of physical activity, 3 times a week, for 30 days. This challenge enabled employees to go beyond their limits and help each other, strengthening their ties.

In the end, over 296 hours of physical activity were practiced from Beauport to Limoilou, via Lévis to the Nevada desert! Twenty-three participants took part in the challenge for an average of 45 minutes of exercise per day, per person.
